The Autonomous Shelf Carrying Robot is an advanced automation solution for smart warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment centers, factories and logistics hubs. Equipped with autonomous navigation, intelligent obstacle avoidance and auto shelf-lifting, it improves warehouse throughput, order picking and material handling efficiency greatly. Different from fixed-path AGVs, this AMR adopts SLAM, LiDAR positioning and real-time mapping to travel flexibly amid changing warehouse environments. It autonomously plans routes, bypasses obstacles and moves shelves without manual operation. Developed for Goods-to-Person mode, it delivers racks straight to picking stations to cut staff walking distance, lower labor intensity and raise picking efficiency, widely used in global e-commerce and intelligent logistics. Suited to carry storage shelves, plastic bins and light goods, it serves industries including e-commerce, retail, electronics, pharmacy and spare parts warehousing. Built with high-strength steel frame, anti-collision components and compact low-body structure, it runs stably and maneuvers smoothly in narrow aisles and under racks. Its flexible dynamic routing cuts extra site renovation costs compared with fixed-path AGVs. It helps slash labor expense, streamline processes, reduce operational mistakes and enable round-the-clock unmanned work with reliable safety protection via the anti-collision system. The robot connects seamlessly with WMS, WCS and ERP for automatic task scheduling and multi-robot group coordination via intelligent dispatching. Available types include under-ride lifting AMRs, shelf movers and picking robots; optional extras cover LiDAR/QR navigation, 3D vision, auto-charging, Wi-Fi and fleet management software. Custom OEM & ODM are available to tailor load weight, lifting unit, battery, navigation, communication and system integration per clients’ unique automation requirements.
